On April 3rd, Ruslan Kozovyi, the Acting Rector of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, signed a memorandum of cooperation with Iryna Rabarska, the Director of the Charitable Organization "Pure Heart," and Ihor Tsependa, the Rector of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. This memorandum focuses on the organization of specialized camps for children.
From March 27th to 29th, the XV International Exhibition "Modern Educational Institutions" took place online. The exhibition was organized by the company "Exhibition World" with informational and methodological support from the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and the State Scientific Institution "Institute of Modernization of Educational Content".
On April 2nd, a conference on the implementation of the transition to financing the National Health Service of Ukraine took place at Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University.
From now on, academic mobility to higher education institutions abroad is also available for male students. On the instructions of the President, the Ministry of Education and Science developed a resolution, and the government adopted a decision that will allow boys to participate in these programmes for one semester. This refers only to students aged 18 to 22 who are studying for a full-time bachelor's degree (or a master's degree in medicine, pharmacy or veterinary medicine).
The 93rd Scientific-Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists with International Participation "Innovations in Medicine and Pharmacy" was held at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University from March 28th to 30th.
On March 28, a meeting of the collegium of the Health Сare Department of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration took place. During the meeting, the participants discussed the results of the healthcare sector's activities in the region for the year 2023, as well as new tasks and prospects.
On March 30th, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University was visited by the First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine, Serhii Dubrov. During the meeting, the Minister of Health acquainted the attendees with the main innovations regarding admission to the internship in 2024 and answered numerous questions from the students.
On March 27, at the initiative of the Ukrainian Medical Students' Association (UMSA Ivano-Franrkivsk), an interdisciplinary lecture on "Legal Responsibility for Medical Offenses: Experience of Ukraine and Poland" was held as part of the Medical Law School.
On March 27, 2024, a virtual meeting took place between the 2024 graduates of the university and Tetiana Dzhus, Deputy Director General for Research of Biological Factors at the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
