Caring for one's mental health is just as crucial as attending to one's physical well-being. On April 10, the leadership of IFNMU met with the regional representative of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?" Larysa Pidverbetska.

During the meeting, participants discussed the establishment of a Mental Health Center at IFNMU. According to Larysa Pidverbetska, the goal of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?" is to ensure the mental well-being of Ukrainians.

"The establishment of a Mental Health Center is highly relevant today. Medical students will actively participate in the center's operations. A distinctive aspect of the center's work will involve student involvement and training in self-help techniques and initial psychological aid," noted Larysa Pidverbetska.

Faculty members of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology, and Medical Psychology, along with medical students, will contribute to promoting mental health care.
