Form of licensing exams

The exam is taken in the form of a written test. The total length of the test - 200 tasks that are a part of the so-called examination booklet: Collection of test tasks for license examination. It includes tests of a format consisting of  situational problems, questions or statements with four or five answers marked in Latin letters (A, B, C, D, E). The correct answer for a test - is the best answer to the question (statement).

At the exam you get the exam booklet and answer sheet.

Examination booklet. Examination booklet is numbered; student writes his identification code, name and initials on the cover.

Each test task (TT) is numbered from 1 to 200. Tasks include four or five answers (A, B, C, D, E). You should choose one best answer.

Answer sheet. Answer sheet consists of two parts: the left part contains information about the exam and student`s personal information (ID, name, surname, course, date of examination and additional information). Right part is the answer sheet to the test tasks.

Please read each test task attentively. Make sure you understand exactly what you are asked. Try yourself to answer test tasks, and then find the answer among the options.

Otherwise, carefully read each answer option and throw away the ones which are completely wrong from your point of view. From the answers that are left, choose the best one.

The correct answer should be written in the blank by painting a full circle with the appropriate letter next to the number that corresponds to the number of test task.

Have a look carefully that a mark of the answer that you paint in the blank corresponds the number of test task you are answering.

Make a thick dark mark so that it was impossible to read the letter inside the circle that is painted. The correct answer for a test gives 1 point, the wrong answer gives 0 points. If you mark more than one letter, this answer is incorrect. If you change the letter, completely erase with the rubber a previous answer so that the letter appeared. Remaining marks may lead that some answers will be considered wrong.

Do not waste too much time on a single test task. You have only 1 minute to answer each test task. From time to time count how many you have done and how many are left.

After you finish the test, check if you have filled the blank completely. Answer sheets are checked by computer scanning in the Testing Center of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.

After the end of time, about what you will be informed by the administrators of exam, you stop working, close the examination booklet and wait until the manager will collect your test materials.

If you finish the exam earlier, you must inform the administrator of exam, hand him over your test materials and leave the exam room without disturbing other students.

After the exam, each exam booklet is checked for fullness. Lack of any part of your examination booklet automatically leads to you failing the exam.
